My husband and I recently bought a Kicks from here and the salesman was absolutely amazing! Went above and beyond to ensure we got what we needed, what we wanted. The mechanics, manager and the rest of the staff that we dealt with were all great too! This is our first Nissan and thanks to all the staff for making it a pleasant experience!

I recently purchased a vehicle through McDonald Nissan, coming from out of province. When I first called the dealership, I was put in contact with John. He answered my questions and even provided me with a video showing the vehicle, without my asking. He promptly responded and followed up to all of my text messages through the initial inquiry. I had asked about a block heater, of which the car did not have. McDonald Nissan was willing to put in a block heater at no charge, as long as I was willing to put down a deposit, which was absolutely fair.
My boyfriend and I drove to Lethbridge from Saskatchewan to do a test drive. I was greeted by John right away, and the car was ready to go, clean, and the block heater was installed. We took the vehicle for a test drive and quickly noticed very obvious shaking while breaking. My boyfriend was able to identify some potential causes to the shaking and reviewed the techs documentation of the apparent work done to the car through McDonald Nissan. Though the technician stated work was done to the rotors in the paperwork, visually, this did not appear to be the case, and suspected to likely be the cause of the shaking. John quickly got the car in the shop, and they fixed up the rotors. This did take some time to wait, but we did receive frequent updates from Archie and John about the status of the repair and accurate estimations of how long we would need to wait, which I very much appreciated.
After taking the vehicle for a second test drive, there was no shaking, and the problem was resolved. We decided to go ahead with the purchase. Andy was great to work with regarding the financial portion of the final purchase and reviewing all of the required paperwork. Andy provided us with some options for insurance locations so we could get the insurance/transport sticker in order to bring the car back to Saskatchewan. We ran into an issue with Alberta Registries as their system was "down for maintenance" from late afternoon Tuesday through the Canada Day holiday, and could not help us until the following Thursday. SGI was unable to assist us in this matter, so this situation became incredibly stressful, as it seemed we had no way to return to Saskatchewan with the car. We contacted Andy, who spoke to the owner and they were able to find a solution so we were able to return to Saskatchewan, with the new car, safely.
Even though we do feel disappointed and concerned about the rotors and the report from the technician claiming to have made the repair, I am happy that the repair was able to be done quickly, and the issue was resolved. Overall, I am happy with the experience and the service from McDonald Nissan. We are also incredibly grateful they went above and beyond to help us return home that day, with our new vehicle, even though the unexpected issues with Alberta Registries was no fault of their own. I am truly grateful to all the staff for helping us out! Thanks again, McDonald Nissan!

I recently took our 2022 Nissan Rogue into MacDonald Nissan to have three recalIs looked after. I have never been a fan of dealerships, but I have to say that the experience I had at MacDonald Nissan was different. The service guy was welcoming and cordial. He made me feel like a valued customer. All of the sales people were friendly. They were helpful in answering my questions, but not pushy. You guys are doing things right. Keep up the good work.

McDonald Nissan took great care of my car. The oil change was done efficiently and best of all, my car came back looking like new…the wash and interior spruce up was a welcome surprise. Will definitely return and highly recommend their service department for their expertise and professionalism.
