Was it a dream? Yesterday went to McDonal Nissan to pick up my Altima. I leased it from another dealer but moved to Lethbridge.
I wasn’t able to get my car started and needed to call the roadside assistance. Although they were able to start it, I decided it’s best to have the system checked so they took it to McDonald Nissan for me. I received excellent service, above and beyond any of my expectations, including friendly advice on how to take better care of my battery. My car was cleaned beyond expectation.
Obviously, I will go there again if needed, hopefully confirming that it wasn’t just a dream, but it was McDonald Nissan’s standard of service.
Took my Rogue in for an out of province inspection and the work was completed quickly. One of the sales people took me through the options of my new suv even though I did not purchase it through the dealership. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend.
