Great experience at Nissan every time. Chris E helped me out after close to make sure I was able to get my car when I didn’t have a ride. He also gave me some information on why the upkeep of my car is so important - which I didn’t know. Very professional service - I highly recommend!
Our motor went in our car before it had a recall, we dealt with Andrew who got the repair approved and fixed, provided us with a rental car for weeks and even cleaned the car for us when we picked it up. He has been the ultimate professional from day one and the service team was also amazing. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. Took my vehicle in to check a deflating tire. The service dept was quick to get it patched and they washed the car as well! As I had roadside assistance there was actually no charge at all. Personnel was friendly and very helpful.
😁 I drove into express lane about 8:30 a.m. to have my tires rotated. I had purchased my Toyota there about a year and a half ago. He asked me if I wanted it washed and I said sure. By the time it was done they had done a multipoint vehicle inspection, vacuumed the front floors and washed the floor mats, detailed the dash and cleaned my front window that I couldn't get the streaks out of. I was beyond happy and I swear my Toyota drives much smoother.
I just traded in my old car for a new Nissan, and the service at McDonald Nissan was exceptional. They made the whole process so easy.
