Bought my most recent vehicle used from here. Great experience purchasing but the follow up is why I'm writing the review. The truck had a funny idle issue and they put in hours of labour diagnosing it and exhausting all options to give me piece of mind at no charge. They also almost always washed the truck and gave it a wipe down inside which is above and beyond. I've had other dealerships treat me much more poorly. The staff actually looks happy to be at work too. I'll buy here again if I can.
We very recently purchased a vehicle at McDonald Nissan with the assistance of Ali Raza. Ali made us feel completely at ease with his no pressure approach. He was patient and very easy to talk to, making us feel comfortable when asking many questions.
What impressed us most was the time Ali spent walking us through all the features and options. His knowledge in this regard was excellent. And even though we aren’t that techie, he explained everything clearly without making us feel rushed, and we came away, feeling confident about being able to use all of the options and features.
We also sat down with Ali Nelson, McDonald Nissan’s finance assistant. He so very patiently took us through the financial process and answered many more questions. He was very professional and personable at the same time.

Excellent service! It was easy to book an appointment and when I arrived Rodney in service knew exactly what I was there for. He asked me if I needed anything else done without trying to upsell me on additional service. Work was done by the time promised, my car had been washed and the front mats vacuumed. While I was waiting the owner was in the showroom and stopped for a coffee and a chat. Overall great experience!
