My mom recently decided to trade in her 2011 Audi 3.0T RS—a high-end luxury vehicle—for what will be her "forever car." We didn't even consider going anywhere else, knowing that Paul and the team at McDonald Nissan would treat her right. From the first moment we walked through the doors to the final delivery of the vehicle, my mother felt comfortable, confident, and actually enjoyed every moment of the experience. The level of professionalism, courtesy, and respect she was shown is simply second to none. The entire process was efficient, fair, and completely enjoyable. Car shopping can often be an intimidating and daunting experience, especially for a retired, widowed senior citizen, but our experience was the exact opposite. A special shout-out to John and Nelson for the exceptional care, understanding, and respect they showed my mom. I recently took our 2022 Nissan Rogue into MacDonald Nissan to have three recalIs looked after. I have never been a fan of dealerships, but I have to say that the experience I had at MacDonald Nissan was different. The service guy was welcoming and cordial. He made me feel like a valued customer. All of the sales people were friendly. They were helpful in answering my questions, but not pushy. You guys are doing things right. Keep up the good work.

I had a bad experience, but they still get 5 stars! A company isn’t what they say are, they are what they do. An innocent mistake was made on their end and they went the extra mile to correct it. They could have easily left me stranded for a weekend but they didn’t. My experience was watching employees step up to take care of a customer when they could have turned off their phone for the weekend. That’s the customer service that would make me feel good about purchasing with them.

We very recently purchased a vehicle at McDonald Nissan with the assistance of Ali Raza. Ali made us feel completely at ease with his no pressure approach. He was patient and very easy to talk to, making us feel comfortable when asking many questions. What impressed us most was the time Ali spent walking us through all the features and options. His knowledge in this regard was excellent. And even though we aren’t that techie, he explained everything clearly without making us feel rushed, and we came away, feeling confident about being able to use all of the options and features. We also sat down with Ali Nelson, McDonald Nissan’s finance assistant. He so very patiently took us through the financial process and answered many more questions. He was very professional and personable at the same time. Bought my most recent vehicle used from here. Great experience purchasing but the follow up is why I'm writing the review. The truck had a funny idle issue and they put in hours of labour diagnosing it and exhausting all options to give me piece of mind at no charge. They also almost always washed the truck and gave it a wipe down inside which is above and beyond. I've had other dealerships treat me much more poorly. The staff actually looks happy to be at work too. I'll buy here again if I can.
