A Look at the 2023 Nissan Frontier

If you are looking for an intermediate pickup truck that is capable, powerful, and equipped with the features you want, the 2023 Nissan Frontier could be for you. Here’s why:

The most powerful standard engine in the category

The 2023 Nissan Frontier is powered by a very robust 3,8L V6 engine that delivers 310 horsepower and 281 lb-ft of torque. This is the highest power output of any standard engine in the category, making the Frontier better suited to towing and off-road driving. To further its off-road capabilities, the Frontier can be ordered with the PRO-4X package, which includes underbody protection plates, off-road driving indicators in the instrument cluster, all-terrain tires, Bilstein shock absorbers, an electronic locking rear differential, and a 360-degree camera system with off-road mode which is automatically activated when the transfer case is shifted into 4Lo.

Six trim levels to choose from

The 2023 Nissan Frontier has something to offer for almost everyone due to its six different trim levels that include two cab sizes. The entry-level Frontier King Cab S makes for a perfect work truck due to its low starting price, its long bed, and its rugged powertrain, which includes 4x4 as standard. For not much more, the SV trim level can be selected on the King Cab model, which also makes the larger Double Cab available. The Double Cab Frontier is well suited to buyers who have a small family since the rear seat is easily accessible due to the wide-opening rear doors and the additional legroom behind the front seats. For the most capable Frontier, the PRO-4X is at the top of the lineup in 2023.

Many available luxuries

The 2023 Nissan Pathfinder can be ordered with a large variety of advanced driver assistance features as well as connectivity technologies. These include the standard Apple CarPlay and Android Auto integration, an available 10-speaker Fender audio system, a larger 9-inch infotainment touchscreen, heated front seats, and a heated steering wheel. Even the entry-level Frontier S comes standard with features such as forward collision warning, rear-cross traffic alert, blind spot monitoring, and lane-keeping assist, among others.
